Terms of service
Last updated 26 July 2026
These terms govern your use of CTIF, the Cyber Threat Intel Feed, including the dashboard, the REST API, the STIX export, the blocklist and the host agent.
Accounts
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password and your API key secret. Your key carries your plan and quota, so treat a blocklist URL that embeds the key as a credential. You can rotate the key at any time from Settings.
Plans and quotas
Each plan grants a fixed number of metered API requests per UTC day: Base 800, SMB 2,000, SOC 10,000. Requests beyond the cap are refused until the counter resets; they are not billed as overage. Programmatic access is part of the SMB and SOC plans.
Billing
Subscriptions are paid in advance in USDT (TRC20), monthly or annually, and the plan is provisioned once the deposit confirms on-chain. Annual is priced at ten months. Prices exclude VAT. Subscriptions do not auto-renew from your wallet: you start a new payment when the term ends.
Service commitment
If the feed goes down or fails to meet its commitment, we will either extend your subscription to cover the disruption or refund the unused balance of your plan. The choice is yours.
Acceptable use
- Do not resell, redistribute or publish the feed as your own dataset without a written agreement. Using it inside your own product to protect your own customers is fine.
- Do not use the data to attack, harass or retaliate against any host. It is defensive intelligence.
- Do not share your key with third parties or circumvent the quota with multiple accounts.
No warranty on blocking decisions
The feed reports what our sensors observed and scores it. It is intelligence, not a guarantee. You decide what to block, and you remain responsible for the effect of blocking on your own network. Start the agent in list-only mode if you want to evaluate before enforcing.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches the acceptable use terms, and will refund the unused balance where the breach was not deliberate.
